JACK'S PIZZA
Intro
Jack's Pizza is a small, 50-year-old pizza chain with locations throughout the greater Indianapolis area. They want to increase sales and expand their franchise.
Objectives
Create a visual language that conveys a bold, playful attitude while establishing a consistent look-n-feel across the brand and marketing material.
In an incredibly saturated and competitive market, brand messaging should reinforce what separates them from their competition: they make large pizzas with an abundance of toppings.
Redesign their website with a mobile focus, provide a more effective user flow and introduce more utility for the customers.

Website
With over 60% of user traffic coming from mobile and likely to increase, it was important to develop an application aimed toward that use case. The site was designed and developed to be responsive to the device or browser. It was designed for the content to determine the breakpoints and media queries were used to make the necessary adjustments.

Building the Sell
Landing Page
In preparation for customers who are new to the brand visiting the site, the landing page was used to reinforce the brand message by highlighting the size of their pizzas, topping proportions, and their 50-year-old history.

The Ordering Process
Locations and Calling
Without an e-commerce or online ordering system, the point of sale occurs via phone call. Prioritizing the "Call Now" call-to-action to a global level enables people to quickly call when ready. This CTA also simplifies the location search by finding the store closest to their current location. By accessing the geolocation of the person's device with the coordinates of each store location, it identifies the one closest in proximity then displays the appropriate contact information.

Hungry?
The Food
Jack's Pizza has an array of specialty pizzas on their menu along with various salads, subs and sides. Their menu doesn't change too often and isn't large. Implementing a carousel simplified the menu and allowed for larger visuals and to progressively disclose additional details for each item.
Advertising
To build brand awareness in the areas around the stores, billboards were designed to emphasize the size of their pizzas. In addition, free standing inserts were created and distributed with coupons to incentivize prospective customers.
